Job type: Full-time/Freelancer

  • Customer Consultation: Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations based on customer preferences, travel budget, and destinations. Understand client needs, such as preferred destinations, types of accommodation, and travel dates.
  • Travel Planning: Design custom itineraries for clients, including transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing activities. Advise on the best travel options and ensure that plans align with the customer’s budget and preferences.
  • Booking and Reservations: Book flights, hotels, tours, car rentals, and other travel-related services. Handle the booking process and confirm reservations with vendors, ensuring all details are correct.
  • Providing Information: Offer information about travel destinations, including weather, culture, visa requirements, vaccinations, currency, and local customs. Stay updated on current travel trends, restrictions, and global events.
  • Ticketing and Documentation: Handle the issuance of travel tickets, visas, insurance, and other necessary travel documents. Ensure clients have the required paperwork for their travels.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any issues that may arise before, during, or after travel, including cancellations, delays, or modifications to bookings. Provide solutions quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Upselling: Promote additional travel products such as travel insurance, excursions, and upgrades to enhance the travel experience and increase sales. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the agency.
  • Customer Support: Follow up with customers after their trip to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, and encourage repeat business or referrals.
  • Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, bookings, and preferences in the agency’s CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaboration with Vendors: Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers to ensure competitive pricing and the best deals for clients.

 

Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience: 2 years (Required)
